If you live and breathe Innovative Information Tech, we want to talk to you. We are looking for an IT person to develop, implement, track and optimize our IT systems and digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
You should have a strong grasp of current IT and marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution in a philanthropic/NGO working environment.
A self-starter able to work with minimal supervision and can think innovatively outside the box bringing new ideas and methodologies to the table, customized to our operating environment and target population as an Association
Duties And Responsibilities
To maintain Organization`s Information Systems and to advise on matters relating to Information and Communication Technology.
To perform systems, network, communications and data base management and administration.
To carry out repairs and preventive maintenance of hardware and systems software.
To ensure the availability, performance and security of IT systems
Managing and maintaining websites through back-end.
Ensure online platforms are safe and secure from hacks and other IT related threats or breaches
Maintain gadgets (laptops, desktops, phones) in perfect working condition (installing antiviruses and dealing with different IT related problems as necessary
Plan and execute all digital marketing, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Design and maintain our social media presence
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
Identify trends and insights, and optimize content based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth, marketing and development strategies
To perform such other duties directly related to the main duties listed above or related to the delivery of the output and results expected or other roles ascribed to them according to their postings.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams and leads.
Qualifications And Experience
Degree in IT, Marketing or a related field
Proven working experience in related field.
Demonstrable experience in IT field with bias towards marketing,
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in IT and online marketing and measurement
