Job Summary
The University seeks to recruit applicants with requisite skills and experience for the following post in Registrar’s Office:

Duties And Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities
 Creates and maintains an efficient electronic Records Management System.
 Compiles reports and statistics.
 Assists the Registrar in servicing committees.
 Any other duties as may be delegated.

 Highly motivated with ability to work with minimum supervision in meeting
 Good public relations skills.
 Good writing and communication skills.
 Initiative, flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude when working under

 To be through and pay attention to detail.
Applicants must have an Honours degree in Records and Archives Management or related field and at least 3 years’ relevant post qualification experience in a University setting. A Masters Degree will be an added advantage. While the initial appointment will be in the Registrar’s Office, the successful applicant may be expected to work in any Section of the University.
