Duties And Responsibilities
Bakery Supervisor Duties to include:
• Supervise the operation of the bakery department according to agreed sales and profitability targets
• Ensuring overall bakery expenses are maintained within budget.
• Ensure stock takes are completed accurately.
• Verify deliveries against orders
• Set ideal stock levels per product category
• Set correct product range to be available at the correct time of the day and week
• Ensure KVIs are always in stock across the department
• Ensure transfers are accurately recorded on a daily basis
• Ensuring consistent quality in freshness and presentation.
• Design new products and recipes for the fresh food
Qualifications And Experience
Diploma in Baking or related with at least three years traceable experience in the same role.
