Applications are invited from suitably qualified, self-motivated and task oriented individuals to fill in the following vacancies that have arisen in the Finance Department.

Billing Clerk: Grade 6 X 3

Duties And Responsibilities
• Captures meter readings into the Promun system
• Produces and analyse the Exception report monthly
• Checks for irregular bills
• Produces and files the final exception report
• Monitors and checks billing accuracies and unbilled accounts, faulty meters through various input reports
• Identifies underground leakages
• Attends to water billing enquiries
• Prepares disconnection forms

Qualifications And Experience
• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent from a reputable institution
• 5 ‘0’, Levels including English and Mathematics
• Degree in accounting or equivalent is an added advantage
• Computer literacy is a must
