A local firm in Harare seeks to recruit applicants for the post of a cook/ chef

Duties And Responsibilities

 Checks the quality and prepares ingredients for cooking e. g chops and peels fruits and vegetables
 Cooks food in various utensils
 Keeps the kitchen environment sanitized and orderly
 Ensures proper storage of food and other items
 Monitors stock levels and report to Senior Cook
 Serves meals

Qualifications And Experience

Applicants must possess 5 O’ Level passes including English Language plus a Certificate in Catering or Cookery and at least 2 years proven experience as a cook in a similar environment. Applicants should have experience in using different cooking utensils and equipment.
