Main Duties : Maintenance of a high level of food quality and production with the aim of exceeding guest’s expectations;
Recommend menu modifications or new menu that meets quality standards; Ensure the consistent smooth running of food production areas within the kitchen; Participate in preperation of food costings for all food items prepared in the kitchen; Ensure cleanliness in the kitchen.
Qualifications : 3 years’ experience in a similar role; HND in Culinary Arts/ Professional Cookery; Creative; Class 1 trade tested; Experience in Hotels will be an added advantage .
