The Position Exists To Assist In Mobilizing Deposits Through Customer Acquisition, Customer Relationship Management, Opening Customer Accounts And Loan Processing To Facilitate Increase In Market Share.

Responsibilities
· Ensuring Deposit Mobilization And Business Growth By Creating Awareness Of The Branch’s Existence, Products And Services By Attending And Participating In Business Functions, Exhibitions And Marketing Campaigns

· Generating Money Market Investments By Advising Customers On Investment Options And Assisting Them With Calculations And Other Duties.

· Ensuring Cost Control By Managing Allocated Resources In A Cost Effective Manner To Avoid Any Unnecessary Costs To The Organisation.

· Building Customer Relationships Through Attending To All Directed Customer Queries And Resolve Accordingly To Ensure Customer Is Satisfied Hence Creating A Positive Relationship.Etc

· Managing Customer Instructions By Attending To General Customer Enquiries And Queries, Passing Them On To Specialized Areas Where Necessary.

· Processing Loans And Analysing Applicant’s Financial Status, Credit And Property Evaluations To Determine Feasibility Of Granting Loans. Among Other Duties

· Opening Of Customer Accounts Through Checking The Correctness Of Details On The Form To Ensure Completeness As Per Operations Procedure Manual.

· Managing Risk And Control Through Reporting Any Suspicious Money Laundering Activities In Line With The Anti-Money Laundering Guidelines And Policy.

· Identifying Own Training Needs And Recommend Training And Refresher Courses That Will Help In The Full And Effective Execution Of The Job.

Requirements
· Degree In Marketing Or Equivalent

· Corporate Professional Qualification I.E. CIM/IMM Or Equivalent.

· At Least 3-5 Years Relevant Customer Service Experience
