Job Summary
Deputy registrar, Academic affairs (1 Post)
Reporting to the Registrar the Deputy Registrar, Academic Affairs will be responsible for the following:

Duties And Responsibilities
Supervising the process of student admissions, registrations, records and examinations.
Assisting in the formulation of academic regulations and policies.
Co-ordinating the graduation ceremony and other Institute functions.
Supervising and co-ordinating the functions of School Administrators and other sections of the Institute.
Servicing of Committees of Senate and Academic Board.
The successful candidate will also be involved considerably in liaison contact and co-operation with members of the teaching, non teaching staff, students and the outside
community both locally and internationally.

Qualifications And Experience
A minimum of a good first degree;
A relevant Masters degree would be an added advantage;
Five years post qualification experience;
Organizational, communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong IT skills including a high level of proficiency in the use of databases and Microsoft programmes like Microsoft Excel;
