Job Summary
Purpose of the job Responsible for driving adoption, usage, availability, innovation and enhancement of functionality on the bank’s payments and digital platforms through detailed analytics of transaction and customer spend behaviour.

Duties And Responsibilities
Main Focus Areas
1. Drive adoption and usage of bank digital platforms by staff and customers
• Training of branch staff on how to sell digital banking platforms / applications to customers


• Ensure external customers are aware of how to use bank digital platforms


• Regular engagement with branch and head office unit staff to create awareness of digital banking products

2. Successful testing of products before launch
• Ensure products are introduced as per set governance policies
• Establish and manage product introduction cycle
• Contribute towards promoting a digital banking culture within the organization by coaching and advising internal and external stakeholders on the use of digital banking products
• Maintain all product governance papers
3. Weekly tracking of product performance
• Assist business units achieve sales targets
• Customer engagement forums to inculcate digital banking culture
• Co-ordinate teams to establish new digital / automated processes to save costs
4. Stakeholder relationship management

• Build strong relationships across the business
• Lead by example in building strong internal and external relationships, displaying sound abilities to listen, advise, influence, negotiate and make presentations at all levels
• Identify opportunities to leverage opportunities and share knowledge and lessons learnt

Qualifications And Experience
Qualifications and Work Experience
• Business Degree
• Experience in same or similar role involving Digital Banking, Business Development, Research, Business Innovation

• Highly analytical and attentive to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to be assertive when necessary
• Able to interact confidently with senior stakeholders
• Sound planning and organising skills with an ability
to work with minimal supervision

Technical Pre-requisite
Technical Prerequisites:
• Knowledge of new product governance, control and risk management
• Knowledge of the full MS Office suite and MS Projects
• Ability to understand Technical Architecture of all existing and proposed solutions for digital banking
• Defines SIT, UAT, POST Implementation conditions.
• Develops accurate and complete test plans. o Leads testing efforts. Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
• Works with channel owners to identify required changes.
Communicates needed changes to development team.
• Identifies and documents system deficiencies and recommends solutions.
