Institute for Community Development in Zimbabwe (ICOD Zim), a locally registered Zimbabwe women led organisation seeks for suitably qualified candidates to fill up the above positions that have arisen within the organisation.
Duties And Responsibilities
The purpose of the position based in Masvingo is to strengthen the ICOD Zim work around PWDs programming and build the capacity of PWDs to enable them to engage with duty bearers, policy makers and other CSOs in meaningful policy dialogue, while ensuring the participation of women and youth with disabilities in key decision making and governance processes which affect their lives.
Qualifications And Experience
Qualifications and experience
Relevant educational background in Social Studies/ Development Studies/ Social Work, 3 years of professional experience in disability work, with strong knowledge of disability inclusive programming, disability rights and inclusive emergency programming. Solid training and facilitation skills and possession of a clean class four driver’s licence.
