Duties And Responsibilities
1. Effectively selling and administering from day one
2. Learning quickly and achieving results without excuse and despite barriers

4. Recruiting, on boarding and managing a small permanent staff
5. Studying and learning business technology
6. Creating, writing and Implementing job descriptions, policy and systems in the business and maintaining those systems
7. Creating strategies and tactics to move the business forward
8. Unfailingly meeting revenue and income targets every week
9. Managing the whole Organisation
10. An ability to start immediately
11. Able to close a sale from the first day on duty

Qualifications And Experience
Very high energy
A degree, diploma or self education relevant to the position
At least 2 years working experience in business
Well read on business books and websites
Extremely networked (for marketing and problem solving purposes)
Able to use digital technology and online software
Familiar with accounting principles and company compliance issues
Computer literate
Drivers license
