Finance & Administration Manager

Responsibilities:
• Ensuring an efficient financial process flow and the timely payments of goods and services
• Preparing detailed budget information
• Following up on budget execution
• Collecting accounts receivables
• Preparing monthly account reconciliation and ensuring accurate and timely cash reconciliations
• Preparing budget revisions as required
• Supporting preparation of financial reports and other periodic reports
• Analysing budgets – variances analysis
• Preparing for annual audits and ensuring that external auditors (Technical Managers) have all the relevant information
• Maintaining external expenditure control systems which ensures that vouchers are processed, matched and completed and ensuring transactions are correctly recorded and posted
• Presenting information on the status of the financial resources as required.
• Maintaining deadlines on deliverables – projects, reports, budgets
• Providing strategic input for the organization to improve efficiency, growth and increase in revenue while minimizing costs

Requirements:
1. Degree in Accounting
2. Professional course (ACCA, CIMA etc.)
3. At least 5 years in a managerial role
