Duties And Responsibilities
1. Payments –
2. Reconciliation of intercompany and suppliers account
3. Receipting – The accounts clerk shall assist in receipting of all payments done through cash, ecocash and bank accounts. This will also ensure that there are no unidentified deposits;
4. Debtors – Assisting Debtors Officer with debtors follow ups i.e. phone calls; creating student accounts in accounting system (normally done at the beginning of the semester); and
5. Assisting with the audit process .

Qualifications And Experience
Must be studying towards attaining a degree in Accounting
