Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for young, ambitious and highly motivated graduates to join a vibrant and fast growing retail concern in Zimbabwe. The successful incumbents will undergo an 18-months intensive Retail Management Graduate Learnership Programme. An invitation is herein made for applications from graduates who possess a commercial degree to fill the vacant post of trainee Store Manager.

Duties And Responsibilities
The scope of training will include, but not limited to:
1. Front End Supervision
2. Service Departments Supervision (Deli, Bakery, Butchery, Fruit & Veg)
3. Procurement, receiving & warehousing
4. Branch Administration
5. Accounting & Human Resources
6. Customer Relationship Management
7. Public Relations & Community Engagement

Qualifications And Experience
The ideal person must possess the following:
 A University Degree in Business Management or any relevant field from a reputable University or College
 5 ‘O’ Levels including Mathematics and English
 At least 11 points at A levels in 3 subjects
 Should be aged 25 years and below
 Excellent communication and team skills.
 Ability to grasp concepts quickly.
 Highly adaptable.
 Ability to demonstrate strong passion & enthusiasm for excellence, innovation, critical thinking, commercial orientation and problem solving.
