Our Client, a solid and stable organisation in the Zimbabwe market is looking for a Human Resources Professional to join the Management Team.

Duties And Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Be responsible for overall management of the Human Resource Development, Employee Relations & Wellbeing, Performance Management, Organisational Design, Recruitment and HR Administration
• Provide strategic leadership with regard to the administration/application of HR processes and practices
• Render advice and guidance on the administration/application of HR processes and practices
• Plan, coordinate, develop, implement, monitor, evaluate, improve, control and market HR processes and practices
• Support managers in the execution of their functions in line with HR legislative framework
• Develop and maintain the Organisational Structure of the Organisation
• Establish sound and sustainable relationships/partnerships with all role-players/stakeholders towards the achievement of departmental objectives

Qualifications And Experience
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
• Relevant undergraduate qualification – a post graduate qualification would be an added advantage
• 8 years relevant experience of which a minimum of 5 years’ experience must be at a middle/senior managerial level
• Proven applied knowledge of HR policy development and application in terms of the relevant legislative framework
• In-depth knowledge of Human Resource Management, Organisational Design principles and processes, Job Evaluation and Work-study techniques
• Understanding of HR systems including Payroll packages
• Sound knowledge and understanding of emerging HR trends
• Understanding of organisational dynamics
• Knowledge of HR planning, change management, Organisational Design (OD), policy development and implementation, Performance Management and Development (PMDS), labour relations, strategic, planning, projects management and financial management
• Strategic insight and foresight
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organisational skills

• Have an exceptionally strong and confident personality with outstanding people management skills
• Empathy and Emotional Intelligence
