Duties And Responsibilities
Job Prinicipal RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs recruitment, selection and placement activities. vacancies
Assists in the Strategy Development Process
Developing, implementation and administration of effective human resources programs
Orientation, performance evaluation, career development, training administration
Administration of compensation packages and payroll management
Assist in the development of staffing and recruitment plan
Administration of industrial relations
Maintain appropriate records and ensure confidentiality regarding personnel activities
Performance management system implementation
Occupational health and safety management
Coordinates the talent management process
All other responsibilities as assigned by team leader

Qualifications And Experience
Person Specification
Higher National Diploma /Degree in Human Resources or equivalent Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar position
Knowledge of payroll systems
Great communication skills and high level of confidentiality
