Job Summary

We are looking for a self-driven human resources individual who is self-motivated, enthusiastic and energetic with a strong drive to succeed to fill in the position of Human Resources Administrator for a consultancy company.

To provide support in human capital development processes encompassing organisational development, employee relations and administration.

Duties And Responsibilities

 Co-ordinates all recruitment processes in liason with Consultants.
 Collates and processes Belina payroll
 Conducts industry research on remuneration changes, policies, and labour surveys for internal use.
 Provide counselling and support on policies and procedures to staff
 Implements and manages on-boarding programme
 Coordinating the training processes across the Organisation.
 Maintains employee records and paperwork
 Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of materials as well as well as services with

Qualifications And Experience

• First degree in Human Resource Management/Psychology
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in Human Resources.
• Human Resources Diploma IPMZ an added advantage.
• Good Presentation and writing skills.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
