We are looking for a self-driven human resources individual who is self-motivated, enthusiastic and energetic with a strong drive to succeed to fill in the position of Human Resources Administrator for a consultancy company.
To provide support in human capital development processes encompassing organisational development, employee relations and administration.
Duties And Responsibilities
Co-ordinates all recruitment processes in liason with Consultants.
Collates and processes Belina payroll
Conducts industry research on remuneration changes, policies, and labour surveys for internal use.
Provide counselling and support on policies and procedures to staff
Implements and manages on-boarding programme
Coordinating the training processes across the Organisation.
Maintains employee records and paperwork
Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of materials as well as well as services with
Qualifications And Experience
• First degree in Human Resource Management/Psychology
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in Human Resources.
• Human Resources Diploma IPMZ an added advantage.
• Good Presentation and writing skills.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
