Job Description
 Installation, maintenance, repairs and servicing of hardware
 Installations, maintenance, upgrades, updates and repairs of software
 Setting up, repairing and maintenance of networks
 Ensure uninterrupted Internet connectivity for all departments and branches.
 Providing maintenance and service to ensure good performance of systems
 ICTs Helpdesk Support
 Visiting client sites to resolve issues that can’t be solved over the phone
 Good analytical and problem-solving skills
 Good interpersonal and customer care skills
 Liaising with external suppliers and partners to resolve technical faults and repairs

Requirements of the Job
 Degree in ICT field
 Professional certification in networking and hardware support is an added advantage
 Minimum 3 years experience in networking, setting up infrastructure and support
 Creative and energetic individual, willing to travel and work extra hours to get work done.
 Resident in Bulawayo
