Overview
Provide technical expertise in the implementation of Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting of the Organisational projects. The M & E Officer coordinates and manages project reporting on specific indicators and activity-related tracking.

Job description
Coordinating Organization monitoring and evaluation processes; Facilitation organizational Monitoring and Evaluation framework and policy development; Designing and conducting baseline including mapping studies; Designing and conducting organizational, project and program evaluations;Tracking and monitoring project/program progress, results, outputs, outcomes and impact; Collecting and dissemination of success stories ,lessons learnt; Compiling fact sheets, publications; Research on emerging issues. Report writing and review; ensure that the organisation complies with donor requirements and regulations; Develop relevant monitoring and evaluation tools, including formulation of terms of reference where appropriate; Carry out any other assignments that may be given by the supervisor.

Qualifications
A bachelor’s Degree in social sciences, statistics, development studies, Master’s degree in a related subject is an added advantage; At least 3 years of monitoring and evaluation experience; Experience in women’s right’s programming is an added advantage; Must possess a clean valid class 4 driver’s license; Essential job functions & physical demands; Ability to travel independently within the district/country; Maintain the highest level of professionalism when dealing with donors, project participants and staff; Managing and Executing multiple tasks; A results oriented person; Ability and willingness to use project related; MIS Interaction with several project stakeholders from different backgrounds.
