Mavuna Guest Lodge Is Looking For A Front Office Supervisor

Duties And Responsibilities
To provide guidance and leadership consistency with quality customer service, the incumbent is expected to possess the following attributes:
• Compliance with all statutory requirements experience
• Management of staff files, wages and general filing
• Customer Relations Management experience
• Handling of the day-to-day operations of the lodge
• Supervision and management of personnel duty roster at the lodge
• Complete payroll
• Management of the lodge income and expenditure
• Conduct meetings and resolve issues
• Provide information and direction to staff to achieve 100% occupancy
• Management of guests expectations and client liaison
• Social Media Marketing + Management of the lodge website
