Main Responsibilities
 Receiving and directing calls and visitors
 Receiving test samples & payments
 Mailing and dispatch of mail
 Ensuring telephone facilities are maintained
 Handling of petty cash

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Secretarial or related field
• At least 1 years’ experience in a similar position
• Experience in handling cash is an added advantage
• Good interpersonal skills
