Duties And Responsibilities
Manage and co-ordinate new product development projects in line with the Banks’s strategy.
 Prepare budgets that deliver new and innovative products to the market.
 Lead in conducting cost benefit analysis and investment appraisal for all new products for the Bank and Group.
 Track and manage new projects costs and ensure that these are aligned to budget.
 Develop and manage new products detailed work schedule and work plan.
 Lead in providing new product updates to the market and various stakeholders.
 Champion the introduction and entry of new products to the market.
 Monitor and report on new products performance in the market and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and uptake of new products.
 Perform product demonstrations and presentations to various stakeholders.

Qualifications And Experience
A Degree in Computer Science, Business Studies, Business Management, Marketing or similar qualification from a recognized and reputable tertiary institution.
 A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Leadership or similar post graduate qualification is an added advantage.
 At least 5 years’ banking experience working on new product designs, implementation, market research and commercialisation.
 Should possess strong analytical and conceptual skills.
 Have demonstrable project management and project appraisal skills and competencies.
 Familiarity with project management software, techniques and best practice is essential.
 Above average presentation and communication skills.
