Handling shop reception and administration duties

Duties And Responsibilities
Answering clients’ enquiries about our products or services, handling mail, answering incoming calls. Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.

Qualifications And Experience
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service attitude
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
