Duties And Responsibilities
The Successful Candidate Wille Be Expected To Be Able To:

Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
Notifying company personnel of arrival of visitors
Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
Operates the telecommunication system by following manufacturer’s instructions for house phone and console operation.
Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Also required to perform telesales duties from time to time.

Qualifications And Experience
A diploma in Secretarial and or Front Office Management or Equivalent.
A sales/ telesales background in healthcare products or pharmaceuticals is a great advantage.
Minimum of 2 years as a secretary/ receptionist.
Must have a great, friendly personality.
A clean drivers licence is also an added advantage.
