A vacancy has arisen at Shurugwi Town Council and applications are invited from suitably qualified persons.


Duties And Responsibilities

• Typing Services
• Writing requisitions (general expenses)
• Issuing forms e.g. Salary Advance, Leave forms, Journey sheets
• Receiving Communications (logging mails, applications, emails, calls)
• Attending to visitors and directing them to respective offices
• Channeling Client complaints (recording, communication)
• Manning the call center (logging call requests, receiving, routing calls)
• Assist in Messenger duties
• Any other duty as assigned by the Administration Officer.
