Job Summary Receptionist and Office Administration
Duties And Responsibilities
~ Receptionist duties, filing duties and handling mail
~Event and diary management for meetings, appointments and activities
~Assist with typing of business documents and letters
~Assist with storage and issuing of stationery and other office stocks
~Maintaining clean premises and management of company generators and logistics
~Asset registers, Policy documents, Licenses, Insurances,
Qualifications And Experience
~Degree in Administration/Marketing/ Office Administration or related Qualification
~Minimum of 4 years work experience in Office Administration and Reception work
