Duties And Responsibilities
 Providing leadership, direction and guidance to branch team Leaders
 Sales Performance Management and profitability
 Ensuring Excellent Customer Service in all branches in a region
 Brand management and branch ambience
 Smooth Branch Operations and Administration
 Overseeing that the branches are operating within targets, standards, policies, procedures, rules and regulations as laid down from time to time
 Business Development and Customer liaisons

Qualifications And Experience
 Minimum: Degree in any area of Business and or professional qualification
 A postgraduate qualification is an added advantage

 Excellent Customer Service
 Managerial and Supervisory experience elsewhere is an added advantage
