A vacancy has arisen at Shurugwi Town Council and applications are invited from suitably qualified persons.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Guard Council premises;
• Area patrols;
• Enforcement of by-laws;
• Escort cash in transit;
• Any other duties as assigned by the Sergeant.

Qualifications And Experience

• Minimum of 5 O’ Levels including English
• Certificate in Security Training
• A clean criminal record
• Age range 24 to 45 years
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience


• Excellent communication skills
• Physical fitness
• Maturity
• Confidentiality
