Duties And Responsibilities
• Manpower planning and resourcing in accordance with the divisional business objective,.
• Providing effective HR support to operations for the achievement of the overall business
• Monitoring and ensuring departmental costs operate within budget
• Effectively managing conditions of service in accordance with legislation. company policies and practice
Developing and implementing HR systems in support of the divisional business objectives
Assisting in promoting the company’s Business Management Systems

Qualifications And Experience
Degree In Human Resource Management , Social Sciences or Equivalent
IPMZ Diploma / equivalent
Maters degree will be an added advantage
At least 5 Years experience in a Senior HR position
Sound waiting knowledge of SAP and above average computer skills
